ADVISORS LIVING SELLS OUT 'STRATUS RESIDENCES' IN BRIGHTON

111 Luxury Studio to 3-Bedroom Units Near Colleges, Shopping, Green Line

BOSTON â€“ Advisors Living, the residential real estate sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, the largest Boston-based independent commercial real estate and consulting firm, has sold all 111 luxury living units in Stratus Residences, on the inviting 12-acre campus in Brighton.

Minutes from the universities and health institutions of Brookline, Cambridge and Boston and with immediate access to the MBTA's Green Line, Stratus Residences -- featuring studios to three-bedroom units -- sold from $499,000 to $1.75 million. The final unit closed yesterday.

 â€œWe were excited to be part of team on the sellout of this dynamic new development community that offered a little something for everyone," said Janice Dumont, Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living New Development. "From start to finish the building sellout took 23 months, selling between four and five units a month on average, which is a great pace.” 

The average price per square foot for the new homes was more than $1,030, with aggregate sales of about $80 million. Sales of Stratus Residences, a creation of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and Tremont Asset Management, LLC, began in Summer 2021.

Stratus attracted first-time home buyers, young professionals, empty nesters and investors. The residences have easy access to public transportation, shopping and nearby educational institutions, as well as St. Elizabeth's Medical Center and other hospitals.

 Stratus Residences are one of the first living opportunities in Brighton in a taller building, with scenic views, and featuring such a large range of amenities.

Residents have access to all the amenities located within adjacent Maker Hall at The Overlook and to the outdoor pool. In addition, Stratus features concierge services, a Club Room, a 6th Floor Roof Terrace with bocce court and sunset western exposure, a 3rd Floor Outdoor Courtyard with grills and a firepit, a Library Lounge, access to two Fitness Centers, a Sauna, a Pet Wash Station, and complimentary bike storage. 

Stratus Residences units range from 500 to 1,590 square feet and have designer finishes throughout. Bathrooms at Stratus Residences feature Kohler fixtures, Silestone quartz countertops, and frameless, tiled showers in master bathrooms.

Kitchens are appointed with entertainment islands, Bosch stove refrigerators, dishwasher and microwaves, quartz countertops and finished wood cabinets. In addition, units have full-size Whirlpool washer-dryers, walk-in master closets, white oak floors and balconies and terraces. Stratus residents have unit laundry facilities, with additional access to a common laundry room with commercial-grade machines. 

Three-bedroom homes have Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, direct vents for cooking, elegant kitchen tiling, southern and eastern exposures, and commanding views from the higher floors. Outdoor parking spaces are available, along with assigned garage parking and accommodations for electric vehicles. A Blue Bike Station and Zip Car, and Dog Park are adjacently located at The Outlook.
