BOSTON – Advisors Living, the residential sales platform of Boston Realty Advisors, today opened a new sales office in Weston, serving Metrowest communities and the latest of several new suburban Boston locations in which experienced Advisors Living brokers are helping customers buying and sellng homes.
“We now have an impressive presence in Weston, a dynamic, full-service office,” said Merit McIntyre, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living. “We’ve had an enormous amount of interest from agents who are interested in joining our team.”
“Weston has great schools and is a prestigious, beautiful town, with rolling hills and stone walls,” said McIntyre. “And it’s accessible to Boston with the commuter rail from Hastings and Kendall Green stations to North Station.”
The new office will serve not only Weston but also Wayland, Sudbury, Lincoln, Concord and other nearby communities. A formal event to celebrate the opening of the new Weston office will be held in a few weeks.
Advisors Living recently celebrated the dual grand opening of the Advisors Living residential sales office in Wellesley, along with the opening of the sales gallery for Terrazza, Wellesley’s new luxury condominium residences that will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2023.
The Advisors Living New Development office late last year completed the sale of all 106 luxury condominium residences at Pier 4, a unique waterfront address developed by Tishman Speyer in Boston’s Seaport District. Those sales marked record average and per-square-foot numbers that pushed Seaport prices past those of residences in Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods.
