BOSTON – Advisors Living, the expanding residential sales platform of Boston Realty Advisors, today celebrates the opening of an office in Gloucester, a new location that is one of a group planned for the Boston area’s desirable North Shore.
“Gloucester is a close-knit coastal community with so much to offer homeowners,” said Michelle Oates, Senior Vice President of Advisors Living, who will also serve as the office’s Branch Manager.
“The city is known for its spectacular shoreline and beaches, art galleries, whale watches, and some of the best seafood restaurants around," she said. "Gloucester offers quite a range of housing opportunities -- everything from modest condominium units to magnificent waterfront estates. We are thrilled expand our services into Cape Ann.”
The new office is located in Gloucester’s vibrant downtown at 208 Main St., a space previously occupied by Surfari. “Our new storefront will enable us to display and promote our listings, taking advantage of great foot traffic,” said Oates.
The Gloucester office will serve all of Cape Ann, including the beautiful towns of Rockport, Essex, and Manchester by the Sea. It will be staffed with Residential Advisors who live in each of these communities and are able to offer local expertise and market knowledge to buyers and sellers.
Advisors Living has been selling real estate for over 20 years and is part of the largest independent real estate brokerage in the state of Massachusetts. “Our new offices are built on our unwavering commitment to clients, unique mastery of the market and white glove service,” said Oates.
Advisors Living agents are market experts who successfully close more volume on average than most agents in the area. A recent comparison using MLS PIN data showed that the average Advisors Living agent closed $8.6 million annually, compared to $7.1 million by the average agent in the next firm and an average of under $6 million for the top five residential real estate firms in Greater Boston.
Advisors Living last month celebrated the opening of a new office in Wellesley, serving the MetroWest area and sharing space with a new sales gallery for Terrazza, 35 condominiums under construction a block away on Linden Street.
The opening, along with that of an office in Weston, represented Advisors Living’s expansion throughout Greater Boston from its 21-year home office in the Back Bay.
