PLYMOUTH, MA -- Advisors Living is the exclusive agent for sales at Copper Cove Village in Plymouth Harbor, 42 luxury residences that feature not only spectacular ocean views and proximity to notable historic sites but also convenient access to an array of restaurants, shops and cultural amenities.

Studio to two-bedroom residences are available for immediate move-in in three handsome three-story buildings, designed by Strekalovsky Architects and Associates of Hingham, with large open floor plans, stainless-steel appliances, available restricted-access parking, nine-foot ceilings and expansive glass.

“Copper Cove Village is centrally located to major urban areas but with a small-town feel,” said Janice Dumont, Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living. “It’s on the Waterfront, close to everything and far enough away.”

Advisors Living is the residential sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, the largest Boston-based independent real estate brokerage and consulting firm in Massachusetts.

At 216 Water St. in Plymouth, Copper Cove Village overlooks coastal Route 3A onto the Atlantic Ocean and the picturesque Plymouth Beach strand outside the Plymouth Harbor, as well as the historic Plymouth Rock and popular Mayflower II replica. It is walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, boat marinas, bike trails, and a variety of cultural events held throughout the year.

Each Copper Cove Village unit features a high-end kitchen with quartzite countertops and unit-specific heating and air-conditioning. Copper Cove Village was developed by The Karsten Co. of East Weymouth.

The three separate, adjacent Copper Cove Village buildings have, respectively, 6, 15, and 21 units in them, all on single floors and all with balconies. Each unit comes with either covered or outside parking, and there is visitor parking available.

“There is Colony Place near downtown, there are boutique shops, there is water, boating, a yacht club and a marina nearby,” said Scott Beane, Sales Director at Advisors Living.

One-bedroom units are about 950 square feet in size, two bedrooms 1,120 square feet.

Kitchens throughout have gas ranges, French-door refrigerators, dishwasher, Aristokraft maple cabinetry, 1 ½-bathrooms with Carrera marble countertops, solid wood interior doors, and video and intercom security systems. Each also has a washer and dryer. Units have electric water heaters, Energy Star ratings of 99, hurricane-proof windows and town water and sewer connections.

Plymouth is known worldwide for its historic significance and visitor sites, including the Plimoth Patuxet Museum collection. Overshadowed by the area’s significant past is the rich variety of dining, recreational, and leisure activities available to Plymouth waterfront residents.

NEAR COPPER COVE VILLAGE

Almost every possible taste is represented in dining options, in addition to the New England standards of seafood, including fresh clams and oysters. On the waterfront, there is the elegance and outdoor dining experience of East Bay Grill or Tavern on the Wharf.

Award-winning New England clam chowder is on the menu at the Cabby Shack, with views of the boats at the Plymouth Yacht Club and Marina, and casual dining featuring crab cakes are offered at Wood’s Seafood. 1620 Wine Bar, known for its Tapas, is in Village Landing Marketplace, and some of the best pickles in the region are at The Pretentious Pickle. Many restaurants provide outdoor seating as well.

Area residents and visitors patronize Village Landing, with its boutique shops along Water Street, the main waterfront roadway, offering items from home décor to clothing for men, women and children.

Entertainment and nightlife options throughout the year include live music, found on both sides of Route 3A, along the business district. Among those are Martini’s Restaurant, The Tasty, and multiple breweries and wineries, along with high-end Italian dining at Café Strega.

Kiskadee Coffee Co.’s specialty drinks on Court Street are there for the start of the day, along with a choice of breakfast spots. Will & Co. Cafe, The Blueberry Muffin, and Gunther Tootie’s Bagel are some of the Plymouth favorites.

Culturally, Plymouth stands out today, with Memorial Hall home to the Philharmonic and a year-long concert series culminating with the Holiday Pops. The Spire Performing Arts Center, The Priscilla Beach Theatre, and The Americana Theatre Company are features of the performance arts community and host local, regional and national acts all year long.  Project Arts Plymouth is a nonprofit organization coordinating summer concerts in the parks by the Plymouth Rock.

A natural Plymouth attraction is its sheer proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast, with a 15-minute drive to cross the Cape Cod Canal and all that Cape Cod has to offer. Plymouth and Duxbury Bays are even closer, with Nelson Beach steps from Copper Cove Village. Nelson Park hosts events throughout the year, including the launch of the Thanksgiving Parade, Fourth of July celebration, arts festivals and community events.

“Almost all of the Copper Cove Village units have views of the water, and six have views of historic downtown Plymouth,” said Beane. “Seventeen are ready for move-in now.”
