BOSTON – Advisors Living, the residential sales platform of Boston Realty Advisors, yesterday celebrated the Grand Opening of its new sales office in Sudbury, serving one of the Boston’s most sought-after suburbs, in the latest of several new suburban Boston locations with experienced Advisors Living brokers helping customers buying and selling homes.

“Sudbury over the last couple of decades has become such a great choice in Metrowest,” said Susan Tsantes, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Advisors Living, who oversees the office. “It is convenient if you’re working in Boston or going to the mountains to ski or going to the Cape.”

The new office is at 526 Boston Post Rd. Advisors will work in Sudbury and surrounding communities, east to Boston and west to Worcester. The Sudbury opening follows last month’s opening of a new Advisors Living office in Newton.

“I’m delighted to be working with the most talented Sudbury area agents from the town’s most prominent address,” said Merit McIntyre, Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living.

Sudbury is not only accessible, on Massachusetts Routes 117, 27, and 20 and located midway between Routes I95 and 495, but also has dozens of open and green spaces, with a bucolic feel.

“It has lots of antique Town and business buildings along with many historic residences that have been nicely preserved,” said Tsantes. “It feels like the quintessential New England town. All of that combined with award-winning schools makes this a terrific choice for us and our clients who are buying or selling homes.”

The new office is located in the popular Meadow Walk community, a National Development village retail center anchored by a Whole Foods Market grocery.  The in-demand restaurants there include Farmer’s Daughter, Paani, MicroCity Creamery, Oak Barrel Tavern and MooYah.

The community also has 250 luxury apartments, a 60-unit adult condominium residence complex, and a 48-unit assisted living community, connected by public spaces and a central green with walking paths open to the public.

More than 100 people attended yesterday afternoon’s Grand Opening celebration and ribbon-cutting, which featured tastings from local Sudbury restaurants.

Also in attendance with Tsantes and McIntyre were Jason S. Weissman, Founder and Senior Partner of Boston Realty Advisors; Wil Catlin, Managing Director and Senior Partner; Bill McIntyre, Chief Financial Officer; Janice Dumont, Chief Executive Officer for New Development Sales and Marketing of Advisors Living, and Mary Beth Canova, Director of Marketing for New Development.

Sudbury is now among 14 Advisors Living offices in the Greater Boston and southern Maine area.

The rapidly growing Advisors Living has opened new offices in Weston, Sudbury, Wellesley, Newton, Canton, Andover, Gloucester, Sherborn, Merrimac, and Cape Elizabeth, ME, adding to its existing Boston Back Bay, Boston Waterfront and Nantucket locations.  Others offices are planned.
