BOSTON – Brendon Properties, a developer whose residential new construction communities are represented by Advisors Living, a large and growing independent residential real estate brokerage in Greater Boston, won three prestigious Gold PRISM awards for Excellence and Superior Achievement in Building and Design for residential real estate development at the annual ceremony.
At a gala event of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, held at the Museum of Science on Oct. 20, Jen Wilson, Sales Concierge for Advisors Living New Development, won the Most Valuable Team Member Gold award for Brendon Properties’ Millwood Preserve in Framingham, which the company developed in partnership with Capital Group Properties. Both firms are based in Southborough, MA.
The Essex, a new three-bedroom luxury townhome at The Village at Bailey’s Pond in Amesbury, MA, also developed by Brendon Properties and marketed and sold by Advisors Living, was recognized with the Best Attached Home Over 1,800 Square Feet Gold award.
Advisors Living is the residential real estate platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, the largest Boston-based independent real estate and consulting firm.
“We are proud to represent the development team of Brendon Properties and Capital Group Properties for their exceptional delivery of Millwood Preserve, and we’re very excited to see Brendon Properties recognized with two additional gold awards,” said Janice Dumont, Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living New Development. “And we’re honored to be part of the team at The Village at Bailey’s Pond as well.”
Brendon Properties’ third Gold award was for the Custom Homes Division for Best Detached Home 6,000-8,000 square feet.

Advisors Living last year completed the sales of the luxury condominiums at record per-square-foot prices at Pier 4 in Boston’s Seaport District, all 106 units selling at an average price of $3.5 million. The Pier 4 sales for the first time pushed 2021 per-square-foot prices substantially past those of Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill, historical leaders in residential sales in Boston.
Advisors Living continues in the market with some of the premium developments in New England, including 100 Shawmut in the South End and Stratus Residences in Brighton.
Advisors Living also recently celebrated the dual grand opening of the Advisors Living residential sales office in Wellesley and the opening of the sales gallery for Terrazza, Wellesley’s new luxury condominium residences that will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2023.
