BOSTON – This is one of a series featuring members of the Advisors Living team of residential brokers in the Boston area.
Stacey, what is your title?
Vice President of Advisors Living, and I’m a residential sales agent. I also do some commercial sales.
How long have you been at Advisors Living?
I was one of the first agents that Merit McIntyre, who is President and Chief Executive Officer of Advisors Living, brought on board when he joined last year. I came on April 6, 2021.
Where is your office?
Advisors Living is In Back Bay on Boylston Street. Near vibrant Newbury Street, the Boston Public Library and the Prudential Center. We’ve been there 20 years, but we’ve bought a building right on Newbury Street, and Advisors Living will be moving to great new space.
What communities and neighborhoods do you work in?
I work around the Boston Area with a majority of my business in Brookline and Back Bay.
How long have you been in the real estate business?
II have conscientiously worked as a Realtor over the past 18 years and have sold $150 million in properties. I’m rRecognized in the top two percent of all agents nationally, top 10 in Brookline, and been awarded the Best of Boston by Boston Magazine.
What do you like about the real estate game?
I am honored to assist folks in locating a home that is well suited for their needs. I have a wealth of knowledge of the local markets and a terrific network of connections. This is a relationship business. I truly have a passion for listing homes and an excellent track record for selling the homes I list. I take tremendous pride in my work and am always trying to keep current, learn and accel.
OK, tell us about the real estate market.
I focus on luxury properties. It is a very competitive market ,and there is a real shortage of $3 million single families in Brookline. In regard to condominiums, the condo inventory is down 30 percent in Brookline, so it’s a great time to seriously consider selling.
How do clients find you?
A lot of referrals come from open houses. I’m good with people. When I have a listing I’m able to convert them to a buyer. You build up a client base and they tell their friends. It’s all you have in this business – your reputation is your name. I’m an honest, ethical person.
What was your last deal?
I recently closed on a fixer upper in Brookline for $3.25 million. Next I will be closing on a triplex in Back Bay for $3.75 million.
What do you do when you are not showing houses?
I truly love the game of pickleball, running on the beach, listening to music, swimming and hot yoga.
